A practical course in attention and perception. You'll start seeing more clearly, acting more precisely, and consciously shaping the events of your own life.
Sensorica is a system for tuning perception: it helps you experience yourself, other people, space, and the flow of events in a new way — and, along with that, act more precisely and effectively in places where you used to get lost, stall, or move on autopilot.
The course brings together four lines of practice: body-oriented work — to restore contact with the body and its signals; work with attention and the unconscious — to see your own automatic patterns and points of choice; the psychology of symbols and archetypes — to read the language of recurring stories and images; and techniques of stalking and lucid dreaming — to expand the field of perception itself.
This isn't esotericism, and it isn't a motivational seminar. The course has been running since 2014, through dozens of cohorts, and keeps evolving — some participants take it more than once and find a new layer each time.
You deserve to become the person you want to be, and can be.
10 sessions, twice a week. The next cohort starts August 5, 2026, Wednesdays and Saturdays, 19:00–22:00 Kyiv time.
Live online sessions in a small group — no more than 12 participants.
30 hours of practice: 10 sessions of 3 hours each.
A private group chat and personal consultations — individual support for every participant.
After the course — access to an ongoing practice club for graduates.
10 practical modules. Each is a live session, exercises, a review of your experience, and practice between sessions. Click a module to see the details.
You'll build your own sensory map: learn to feel your body more clearly, notice internal signals, and use bodily presence as a tool for attention and action.
You'll get to know different layers of perception — bodily, situational, and symbolic — and see how each one quietly shapes your decisions and reactions.
You'll examine the filters, beliefs, and habitual ways of interpreting reality that shape your worldview and quietly limit what actions feel possible.
You'll start noticing chains of events, triggers, and recurring signs — how seemingly random situations add up to the larger pattern of your life.
You'll master a formula for action: attention + will + allowing. You'll learn to shape intention so it becomes not a daydream, but a direction for real decisions.
You'll work with images, archetypes, and symbolic thinking to better understand dreams, recurring storylines, and the hidden meaning of what's happening.
You'll get to know techniques for entering lucid dreams and the trigger-images that help you stay present in a dream and use it as a space for exploration.
You'll start recognizing recurring plots and dream characters, keep a dream journal, and see how this reality connects to your inner and everyday life.
You'll learn to observe your automatic reactions and behavioral loops. Through the chain of "observation → action → result," you'll test how a situation changes when your way of perceiving it changes.
The final module integrates everything you've learned. You'll create a personal transition ritual — a symbolic act that anchors a new state and carries it into everyday life.
The course draws on several scientific and practical traditions: body-oriented therapy (A. Lowen, F. Perls), lucid dreaming research (S. LaBerge), the theory of meaning and intention (V. Frankl), symbolic therapy (C. Jung, J. Hillman), and mindfulness practice (J. Kabat-Zinn).
