What psychodrama is

A method of group therapy created by Jacob Moreno. Instead of talking about your situation, you act it out — with group members taking on the roles of significant people in your life. You can step back into a scene you never fully lived through, say what went unsaid, see yourself from the outside.

What I bring as a facilitator: over 25 years of directing and teaching. I know how to build a scene so it becomes not a performance, but a real, safe, deep experience.

This group is a fit if you

  • Feel isolated — especially living abroad
  • Keep circling the same patterns
  • Want to live through something and complete it, not just analyze it
  • Are looking for the support of people with similar experience
Is it safe? I'm afraid to "perform" in front of strangers

No one is required to step into action — you can start from the role of observer. The group is closed, membership is stable, and everyone commits to confidentiality.

How is a group different from individual therapy?

A group offers what's impossible one-on-one with a therapist: the response of different people, the experience of "I'm not alone," the chance to see your situation through others' eyes. Often the two formats work well together.

Testimonials

What group participants say

"I hadn't even noticed how much I was just drifting along, how much I leaned on other people's values, and how much of my own life I was missing. The course gave me awareness — and my life won't be the same again."
— Elena Ti
"I became more confident, more open, and got past some real fears. Over the course, my sense of a lot of things started to shift. I came away very, very satisfied."
— Alyona Novak
"In just six sessions I got more field-tested tools and real, already-applied changes than I ever got from trainings, psychologists, or coaches combined. These aren't slogans — they're concrete tools with concrete protocols."
— Volodymyr Likutin
