Personal sessions in Ukrainian, Russian, or English, from anywhere in the world. We choose the approach for your request: EMDR, psychodrama, Gestalt, or my own method. A place to stop coping and start working things through.
30 minutes, free. You tell me what's going on, I tell you how I can help. You decide, with no pressure.
We define what you're working toward. We agree on format, frequency, and confidentiality.
50 minutes, once a week, on Zoom. EMDR, psychodrama, Gestalt, bodywork — whatever fits what you're working on.
Work ends by agreement, once the issue is resolved — I don't keep clients on for years.
It depends on what you bring. EMDR (certified) — an evidence-based method for traumatic experience. Psychodrama — living through your story in action. Gestalt — working with feelings and here-and-now contact (I practise under supervision). And my own method, combining directing and therapeutic tools. We'll find what fits you at our first meeting.
I share the fee personally: message me on any messenger and I'll reply before our first meeting. Or find out at a free strategy session, where we'll also discuss format and frequency.
Yes. Research shows outcomes comparable to in-person work. For people living abroad, it's often the only way to work in their native language.
A focused issue — sometimes 5–10 sessions. Deep work with trauma or long-standing patterns — six months or more. We'll talk honestly about it at the first meeting.
Yes, it's the centre of my practice: EMDR certification — an evidence-based method for traumatic experience, a focus on trauma and grief within the Gestalt approach, and academic research on recovery after trauma. I work carefully, at a pace your psyche can hold.
